Created Butlins first shopping mall, from design through build and implementation. 7 retail outlets, 1 bar and the first American diner on

the Butlins estate. 

Developed a wide range of catering outlets including Italian diner,

Chinese restaurant and fine dining option across the site.

During the 4-year period, sales increased from £8m - £16m and EBITDA

from £2.4m - £12m.
